Passing Zuma today on my way north, I noticed huge vans, campers and, never before seen, snow on the beach.  It was soem fresh powder on the north end of Zuma, just in time for an unbelievably cold summer!  shoulda grabbed my snowboard

With such cold water this winter, make sure you too put your wetsuit on inside out for added warmth.  Classic malibu style!

On surfari to stay

Yesterday, my and my friend Donnie decided to go on a surf safari, as it had been some time since either of us had gone on one.  After deciding upon a route the previous night, everything was set in motion for surfari-oh-'10.  The bouys looked good, the weather looked better, and water was cold.

The Surfari began at 9:30 AM when I met Donnie in the park near a secret-ish spot.  After meeting at the park and swapping boards, we had to gain access to stop 1 of 3 on the surfari.  after so naggling and hassleing by the local, we were greeted with 3-5' peelers:

after some waves like that we were cold, hungry, and off to spot number 2, where the waves were peeling past the stairs.  I donned my trusty twinnie and was off:

 

Lastly, it was off to the place where it started it all.  we met with some friends and ended the surfari on a good note with the company.  Fun waves to end surfari-oh-'10!

I never thought I would start a blog, but of of boredom and necessity, and a few pictures u have wanted to share, avast, the official launch of Wet Wetsuit.  The purpose of wet wetsuit is to make it east for friends and family to keep up with my antics, namely when I am traveling around on my big trip coming up.  So here it is, the official launch of Wet Wetsuit!
